QUESTIONS?

Having problems with your account?  Experiencing difficulty using the website?  Have a question about a particular feature or function?

Check the FAQs below for a quick and easy answer:

On the dashboard, in your Account area at the top of the page, click My Account. On the Account page, on the right side, click “Update Image” and upload a photo from your computer.  Be sure and click Update at the bottom of the page.

On the dashboard, in your Account area at the top of the page, click My Account. On the Account page, scroll down and you’ll find “New Password”. Be sure and enter it twice, and click Update at the bottom of the page.

On the dashboard, in your Account area at the top of the page, click My Account. On the Account page, scroll down and you’ll find “Email”. Click Update Update at the bottom of the page.

IMPORTANT!  This will not change your email address on file with our automated email system. If you need to change that email, send an updated email address to support@crebydesign.com and ask to change it. Click Update Update at the bottom of the page.

From the Dashboard, click the “How To” link at the very top of the page.

CRE by Design is not a “class.”  You’ll work at your own pace, with some parameters to help you get the most from the program.  We will have regular live or recorded sessions, and that schedule will be announced. The dates and times of those sessions will be determined by the cohort as much as possible.

You must fully complete a lesson before moving to the next one. That means reading the text on the page, downloading and completing any exercises, and watching the video all the way through until a black screen appears. When those steps are complete, look for the NEXT button below the page text, and you’re able to go to the next lesson.
